  • what of the stars?  they're still a-shinin'
    high up in the sky.
    despite the fact my belly's bigger
    from more apple pie
    i still maintain within my brain this picture-
    you and i
    sitting.  it's day one of class
    you're left, i'm at your right.

    and not a word exchanged.
    so strange!

    but here you are right here my dear.
    you're sleeping and your belly's big-
    by far exceeding mine!
